Privacy Policy
This policy applies to Moretti: Blackwood City (the “Game”), published by the developer identified on its Google Play listing.
Data we process
- Google account identifiers, email address, display name and profile image used for sign-in.
- Your codename, character, progress, inventory, virtual balances and gameplay history.
- Content you choose to post, including chat, forum, family and mail messages.
- Safety reports, mute choices and limited diagnostic error information.
Why we use it
We use this data to authenticate you, provide cloud saves and online gameplay, operate rankings and social features, prevent abuse, moderate content, troubleshoot failures, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
Services and sharing
Google provides sign-in. Supabase provides authentication, databases and server functions. A market-data provider supplies price data to the virtual trading feature; player personal data is not sent with those market requests. Data may also be disclosed where legally required or needed to protect players and the service.
Retention and control
Account data is retained while your account exists. Safety and security records may be retained where reasonably required to prevent abuse or meet legal duties. You can mute players, submit reports, and permanently delete your account from Help & Safety in the Game or through the web deletion page. Deletion removes the authentication account and associated game data, subject to limited legally required retention.
Children
The Game is intended for adults aged 18 and over because it contains simulated casino and crime-themed gameplay. It does not permit real-money gambling, withdrawals or real-world cash-out; Arcade winnings only convert into ordinary in-game cash.
Security and contact
We use access controls, authenticated server actions and encrypted network transport. No system is perfectly secure. Questions and privacy requests can be submitted through the support page.
