For technical problems, account questions or privacy help, open a private-safe support request using the developer contact shown on the Google Play listing. You can also report reproducible bugs without personal information through GitHub Issues.

Community rules

• No harassment, threats, hate or sexual content.
• No scams, cheating, exploits, doxxing or sharing private information.
• No buying, selling or exchanging accounts, currency or items for real money.
• Do not impersonate staff or abuse the report system.

Use the Report control beside messages and players. Mute immediately hides that player from world chat. Moderators can review evidence and take action.

Virtual casino and trading

Arcade Dollars are gameplay currency only: they cannot be bought with real money, transferred outside the game or withdrawn. Verified net Arcade wins may be redeemed one-way into ordinary in-game cash. The Market Desk uses Ledger Credits with no cash value and cannot be redeemed. Trading data may be delayed. Nothing in the Game is investment advice or real trade execution.
